Daniel Schwartmann has joined the advisory board of Artemis Origination, the leading global buyside origination advisor for firms transacting at the innovation frontier.
The connection between Artemis and Daniel goes back to the latter days of his illustrious 27-year career at Accenture, when Artemis was still a division of a global investment bank, and Daniel was overseeing the global strategy and consulting M&A programme worldwide for the IT and consulting behemoth. Artemis (pre-spinout) was repeatedly engaged to help originate smart, actionable M&A targets with best fit strategy and consulting capabilities.
Since the early 2000s Daniel held corporate leadership roles at Accenture and oversaw that firm’s phenomenal growth in M&A activity and firepower to becoming the most active acquirer in the industry. He was also a client of Artemis in his subsequent role leading global strategy for Microsoft Industry Solutions; and dialogue around the benefits of origination advisory services continued beyond that as he raised his involvement at the forefront of M&A and private capital market activities in IT and digital services as a highly established independent.
Founder and CEO Paul Dondos comments: "Our vision is to be the go-to global buyside origination advisor for M&A at the innovation frontier. In the markets in which we operate, current and yet-to-be-innovated, there can be very few individuals with anything like the depth of insight and experience as buyside M&A operator and advocate than Daniel. We are privileged to have him on our team, and we look forward to him playing a key role in helping us advance our tech-enabled M&A origination services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients."
